Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Toilets and Bidets (once removed from packaging)
  • Custom or special order vanities
  • Any products with visible signs of use or installation

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions (including return address)
  • Any special packaging requirements

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories/manuals. Affix the provided return label (if applicable) and ship to the provided address.

Note: For exchanges, please wait for confirmation before shipping your return.

Step 4: Processing Your Request

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of receipt):

  • For refunds: We will process your refund to the original payment method
  • For exchanges: We will ship your replacement item

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • 3-5 business days for credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
  • 24-48 hours for PayPal payments

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Our error (wrong item shipped)
  • Defective or damaged product

For international returns, customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
