Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition – unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Toilets and Bidets (once removed from packaging)
- Custom or special order vanities
- Any products with visible signs of use or installation
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions (including return address)
- Any special packaging requirements
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories/manuals. Affix the provided return label (if applicable) and ship to the provided address.
Note: For exchanges, please wait for confirmation before shipping your return.
Step 4: Processing Your Request
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of receipt):
- For refunds: We will process your refund to the original payment method
- For exchanges: We will ship your replacement item
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:
- 3-5 business days for credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
- 24-48 hours for PayPal payments
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

- Defective or damaged product
